This unisex vest pattern can be made with the peter pan collar for a girls and without the collar for the boys.

I used a little tshirt as a size guide and cut out 2 arm holes and a neck hole.
After posting the free pattern for my boy's springtime vest a few months ago i received many requests to write the instructions for larger sizes.
